About the Job
We are seeking a Butcher to join our authentic Brazilian Steakhouse team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, trim, seasoning and properly skewer different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken and pork.
- Apply traditional seasoning and custom marinades.
- Maintain high standards of food safety sanitation, and meat quality control.
